The US Coast Guard limits the amount of people on this kind of charter to 13 passengers: you (the charterer), 12 guests plus captain and crew

Absolutely! We welcome you bringing any food or drinks. Alcoholic beverages are welcome to be consumed by guests who are of legal age to drink. However, we do not allow red wine, cheetos/doritos/etc or any other consumables that are known to permanently stain the gelcoat of a boat. A detailing fee will apply for any consumables outside what is allowed.

It depends entirely upon the excursion - a short 2 hour charter may only use $100 worth of fuel. Longer day trips or overnights may require a fuel reimbursement in the hundreds or over a thousand dollars.

We love a planned party on the vessel! If you are in need of catering, a chef to prepare meals in front of you, or you'd like a DJ to enhance the experience, we can offer referrals to 3rd party services we highly recommend.

Yes! We love themed events! There are, however, a few rules: hanging or draping decorations must be limited to inside the vessel to avoid flying debris, and anything affixed to the vessel must be removed before leaving the dock at the end of the charter.

Absolutely NOT. Per the terms of your agreement, if you or your guests bring recreational or illegal drugs of any kind on board, your contract will be void and the charter terminated - without refund.

There are no cancellations with full refund, however depending on the circumstances, a reschedule may be authorized. A little inclement weather isn't grounds for cancellation, however extreme weather, lightning, hurricanes, could be acceptable conditions for a reschedule.

Yes! Within the allotted time, there are more than a few excellent locations to swim, use the floating mat, snorkel and overall enjoy the water. We also have life jackets on board for people who wish to use them.
